After completing all order stages on the Ella-liza site and receiving the code via text message, between 12 to 45 days are needed for your order to be ready and prepared. Shipping time depends on the shipping conditions that each customer chooses, respectively. A quality test deadline is performed for all orders and if a defect is proven in production, repair or product return is done without any cost.
